February started-off very cold… I shot the exteriors of this home at a very chilly -10 degrees fahrenheit! It was so cold, I had to take a warm-up break getting all the exteriors.
Why is this photo in February’s Top 10? The owner thought ahead and got me to photograph the home in the Fall when her wonderful garden was in-bloom. I returned in winter to get the Interiors so the home could be listed in early February. Quite a sucess story with this listing… 12 Showings in 10 Days, 2 Offers, 99.15% of the Asking Price received! This was an unsual front-exterior shot to take… the skies were gray that afternoon with a chance of egtting better, so I waited until the end of the shoot to get the exteriors. The trouble was the skies got worse as a snow storm was on its way… I had to take this shot on a tripod to get enough light (something I never do outside) as the snow started to fall. I used a new technique to add-in a new sky. I think it worked-out really well as a great front-exterior shot, especially considering the circumstances. View the Tour at http://pfretour.com/20075
A slightly unusual composition to take this shot of the Master Suite… but what I like about it is in 1 photo you see the whole layout for the Suite including Walk-In Closet & Bathroom. View the whole Tour at http://pfretour.com/20075

So much of this home to see in 1 shot… Casual Dining + Kitchen + Formal Dining + a view to the Deck. This type of composition allows a home buyer to get a good feel to the flow of the home.
As with the previous Top 10 photo, so much of this open-plan home can be seen in 1 shot… This type of composition allows a home buyer to get a good feel to the flow of the home.

One of the most magnificent & unique Dining Rooms I have photographed, in-the-round… View this Shamrock Hills Homes’ Tour at http://pfretour.com/19898
It was a very chilly start to the month, as you can see by my first Top 10 image… photographed at -10F! As several other images indicate, even in such tricky conditions, some nice snow-free exteriors can still be taken if the timing is right. Highlights this month were shooting a magnificent Shamrock Hills Listing + having a wonderful success story take-place for a listing in Knollwood’s Quail Valley, where my photographs attracted 12 Showings in 10 Days, 2 Offers received, and the Agent/Owner ended-up with 99.15% of the Asking Price — a WIN-WIN-WIN for all involved!
