There is now a new “neighborhood” tab included in your Branded & Un-Branded Tourbuzz Tours containing the listings’ Walk Score information — how close is the home to a grocery store, coffee shop, park, school, bank etc? This can be helpful information to potential buyers to orientate themselves to the neighborhood the listing is in.
Typically, higher-density areas achieve a better “Walk Score” than more isolated sub-divisions. Regardless of the actual Walk Score, knowing where the local amenities are is valuable information, especially to a buyer who is new to the area.
Turn Walk Score Off for a Specific Tour
Walk Score is turned-on by default, but as with many Tourbuzz features, you can turn Walk Score ON or OFF for each Tour — to do so:
- Login to your Client Panel [find out how] and select the relevant Tour from amongst all of your Tours
- click the “Edit Tour” icon
- Select the “Tour” tab from the top menu
- Under the “Menu Links” blue bar on the right, change the “show walk score” drop-down as you prefer
If you prefer to have Walk Score turned-off for ALL of yours Tours by default, just let me know.
