If a listing sells quickly, use your Tour to tell the Success Story for you by changing the heading fields.
In a previous post, I explained how you can add headings to your Tour. Once a listing is Sold, use those heading fields to share the details of the success story — include the number of days on market, the number of showings and offers, and the percentage of the asking price the seller received. See Example #1 & Example #2
Exposure for your Success Story Tours
- Provide potential listing clients with Tour examples to showcase how you can bring their home to market (and to showcase your success!)
- Success Story Tours will be visible among all of your active Tours via the “view all my tours” link on each Tour
- Plus, wherever you have used the Tour link to promote the Listing [Just Listed Postcard, Social Media Sharing, in a blog post etc], that promotional channel remains active to tell the story of your success.
